Kyla and I washed and dried 3 loads of clothes and worked on a giant granny square afghan complete with scalloped edging. We had a great day together cleaning and working on projects!

Is anyone up for a good challenge? Join hubby and I as we read through the Bible in one year. I’m not talking about an in-depth study of every book and chapter. It is simply a call to read a few [3-4] chapters a day. It makes great on the pot reading material and great I can’t fall asleep material. If you can’t find the time in between dirty diapers, nursing, sleeping and cleaning, listen to it and meditate on small pieces of scripture. You’ll find yourself in a great habit in no time. I will have to ashamedly admit that being a Christian for 10 years [yikes!] that I have never sat down and read through the Bible. Yes, I’ve read Genesis, Matthew, John and the shorter epistles of the New Testament, but never the whole thing. So, throw away a bad habit [or a less than holy one] and replace it with a good read.
